Es gilt das schweizerische Datenschutzgesetz (DSG). Das ist keine Rechtsberatung. Name und E-Mail stehen im Impressum.

Die PDF-Datei wird im Browser gelesen und nicht auf unseren Server hochgeladen. Nach der Prüfung gehen bestätigte Felder (Titel, Zeiten, Beschreibung) als ICS oder zu Google.

Konto mit E-Mail und Passwort oder Google. Der Export ist kostenlos. Lokales Löschen setzt Zahlungen nicht zurück.

Zahlen über Stripe ist optional, so viel du willst, um das Projekt zu unterstützen. Keine Kartennummern bei uns. Ein Webhook zählt die Zahlung. Eine Rückkehr-URL mit session_id ändert den Zugang nicht.

Google nur nach Verbindung, und nur in den Kalender «Dienstplan (App)». Tokens liegen verschlüsselt. Die PDF-Datei geht nicht an Google.

Gespeichert: Konto, Tokens, Zuordnungen, letzte 50 Jobs, Stripe-Kunde. Empfänger: Vercel (App), Supabase (Postgres in Frankfurt), Stripe, Google. Stripe, Google und ggf. Vercel können Daten in der EU und den USA bearbeiten (Art. 16 DSG).

Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung (Art. 25 und 32 DSG). Beschwerde beim EDÖB, www.edoeb.admin.ch. Im Konto: Daten exportieren und lokal löschen — ohne Zahlungen oder Google-Termine zurückzusetzen.
